Paradise Valley sits between Phoenix and Scottsdale, placing residents close to the dining, shopping and entertainment of Scottsdale while maintaining the predominantly residential character that distinguishes the town.

Denise and her husband, Patrick, have been members of YPO for more than 30 years. A mentorship relationship within the YPO community became the catalyst for a series of conversations about finding an opportunity to work together. For several months, those conversations continued while the right opportunity was sought.
Denise originally sourced an off-market homesite in Paradise Valley and brought the investment opportunity to a longtime out-of-state client.
The property, investment and professional relationships came together, and an experienced team began the work of creating The Berneil House.
Approximately 11 months later, the residence was complete. Approximately Six weeks after completion, it was sold.
